These terms apply to your use of the Wattle Vision website and to any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

Who we are

Wattle Vision is an Australian business selling eye-health supplements online. Contact: support@wattlevision.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, including after an order is placed, in which case we will contact you before proceeding.

Product information and health claims

Wattle Vision is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this website should be read as medical advice. Statements about the product have not been evaluated by the Therapeutic Goods Administration.

Supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication — particularly anticoagulants — consult your doctor before use. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Individual results vary. Customer reviews on this site reflect those individuals' experiences and are not a promise of any particular outcome.

Subscriptions

If you take out a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops all future charges.

Returns and refunds

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, scrape or resell our content, interfere with the site's operation, or submit false or misleading reviews.

Intellectual property

The Wattle Vision name, logo, product photography, copy and site design belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited, at our option, to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
